Summer Campout – Terms and Conditions of Entry

By purchasing or using a ticket to attend Summer Campout, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon all ticket holders and attendees. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Policy

14 days prior to event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a full cancellation of Summer Campout.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to changes in artist line-up, venue, schedule, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.
Lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. Treat your ticket as you would cash.

2. Entry and Wristbands

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and official event wristband, which must be worn at all times while on site.
Anyone not wearing a wristband may be removed from the event grounds.
Ticket holders must remain within the designated event boundaries. Anyone found outside these areas may be deemed a trespasser and subject to removal or prosecution.

3. Venue Access and Behavior

Ticket grants access only to areas of the festival clearly designated by signage.
You must follow all directions given by festival staff, security, and emergency personnel at all times.
Community standards of respectful and lawful behavior are expected. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual engaging in inappropriate, dangerous, disruptive, or illegal conduct.

4. Event Changes and Conditions

The organisers reserve the right to change, vary, or amend any aspect of the event including line-up, schedule, facilities, amenities, ticket prices, and site access as deemed necessary.
Arrival and departure times are set by the organisers and must be followed as per the official event website.
The event will proceed rain or shine. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

A Total Fire Ban is in place. No campfires, candles, gas burners, or naked flames are permitted.
The following are strictly prohibited on site:
- Glass containers of any kind
- Pets (with the exception of registered guide dogs)
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks, sparklers, flares or pyrotechnics
- Weapons, dangerous or intimidating items
- Motorised vehicles (excluding cars for arrival/departure)
All persons and vehicles may be subject to searches upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.

6. Photography and Media

Unauthorized commercial photography, filming, and recording is strictly prohibited.
By entering the site, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event media for promotional and archival use.

7. Vehicle Entry

A valid vehicle pass ($10 per vehicle) is required for all cars entering the venue. Payable at the gate.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that attending Summer Campout involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather extremes, and the actions of other participants.
The land on which Summer Campout is held may contain natural and man-made hazards. By attending, you accept all such risks voluntarily and unconditionally.
You release and hold harmless Wizards of Kingston, the event organisers, landowners, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated parties (collectively, “the Organisers”) from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury or death that may occur during the event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses or demands (including legal fees) arising out of your attendance, actions or conduct at the event.

10. General Terms

This ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Organisers without compensation.
Breach of these terms may result in denial of entry or ejection from the event without refund.
The Organisers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version will be available on the official Summer Campout website.
